Travelling can be tiring, so we've tried to think of every detail to help you settle in quickly. Our cabins come fully furnished with all the amenities to make you feel right at home, such as cosy bedding, a fully equipped kitchen, and a private bathroom.

Arriving at Cove Valley
Please do not follow the postcode, it will not take you to the right place. Please follow the What3Words to find the exact location.

USING GOOGLE MAPS OR WAZE?
Follow M5 and take exit 27. At junction 27, take the A361 exit to Tiverton/Barnstaple.
Follow A361 to Bolham roundabout and take the first exit.
At the roundabout, take the first exit onto Lea Road. In about half a mile, turn left onto Bolham Lane.
In 0.2 miles, turn right. Continue travelling on this road for around 4 miles.
The entrance to Cove Valley is a double wooden gateway with a stone circle in the field on the left-hand side.
Please do not follow the postcode, it will not take you to the right place. Please follow the What3Words to find the exact location.
COMING BY TRAIN?
The nearest train station is Tiverton Parkway, which has regular trains to Bristol and London. You will need to take a taxi from the station for about 6.4 miles.

FINDING YOUR CABIN
All our cabins are self-check-in. On arrival enter through the main gates and follow the signs for your cabin and the directions on the next two pages.

You’ll find a secured lock box at your cabin on the wall outside. To get the key, you will need the access code, which is in your booking confirmation email.
HOPI

For Hopi, follow the signs, leading you straight along a track to your cabin. Park up behind the cabin. Please don’t drive your vehicle down to the cabin's entrance, as it isn’t suitable for vehicles.

For Ukai and Chatan, drive left after the wooden gates and follow the track. It will take you down through the site's spine. Keep driving until you see parking signs. Each cabin has one allocated parking spot; there’s more parking at the site entrance.
A wheelbarrow, head torch and umbrella are waiting at each parking spot, and your cabin is a short walk away.

To find The Yurt, please follow the signs from the entrance. You can park next to the Yurt to drop your things, but please don’t block the track as this also leads to Hopi. Once you have dropped your luggage, please then go back to the entrance and follow signs for The Yurt parking.

I'm afraid we do not allow pets in the cabins as we are on a rewilding project.

Sadly, we cannot accommodate children under 12 for health and safety reasons. The cabins have room for a travel cot. We recommend Hopi if you are bringing a child as it is across one level.
The Yurt can only accommodate babies.

Yes, the cabins have electricity and WIFI, but please be mindful and always turn the lights off.
The Yurt has electricity, but does not have WIFI.

PRe-arrival extras
We offer a selection of pre-arrival extras that have been sourced from the local area, so you can come straight to your cabin knowing your food & drinks have been taken care of.
These range from breakfasts packs to pizza kits to steak & wine night hampers.
HOUSEKEEPING
We want to make your stay with us as enjoyable and comfortable as possible. To ensure that everyone has a pleasant experience, we ask that you be conscious of the following guidelines:
Respect the Property: Please treat our cabin and surrounding property carefully. We ask that you do not leave food or waste out. This is to discourage wild animals from attempting to enter.
No Smoking: For the comfort and safety of all guests, smoking is not allowed inside the cabin. If you wish to smoke, please do so outside and dispose of your cigarette butts properly.
No Pets: Unfortunately, we do not allow pets in our cabins.
No Children: Sadly, we cannot accommodate children under 12 for health and safety reasons.
Quiet Hours: We ask that all guests be conscious of noise and outdoor lighting between 10 pm and 7 am. This is to minimise disturbance to the nocturnal animals that live here.
Maximum Occupancy: The maximum number of guests allowed in our cabins is stated in the booking information.
Housekeeping: We provide each cabin with basic cleaning supplies and ask that you help us keep it clean and tidy during your stay. If you require additional housekeeping services, please let us know.
Products: At Cove Valley, we are responsible stewards of the land and the environment. We provide you with a range of environmentally friendly toiletry products, and we ask that you use them during your stay to help us protect the land.
Rubbish & Recycling: We have provided recycling and general rubbish bins in each cabin to help you dispose of your waste responsibly.
Hot Tub: If your cabin has a hot tub, please follow the posted instructions for use.
Fire Safety: If you wish to use the fireplace or outdoor fire pit, please follow the posted instructions.
